KENT THERAPY SOLUTIONS

Therapeutic practitioner

Laura Greene

My approach is warm, supportive and non- judgemental, where I always work to your best interests, incorporating CBT techniques and creative therapies if appropriate.

I help you to make the changes you want to make, to work through difficult emotions, life situations, or process past traumas, in order to lead a more fulfilling life.

I have previously worked alongside social services, supporting children and their families who are looked after children, on Child In Need, or Child Protection plans. I have also worked in a young offenders prison, supporting rehabilitation and I still currently work as a school counsellor in Primary and Secondary schools.

I have experience working with ASD, ADHD and ODD and various emotional difficulties in children.

I have also previously worked at a local Hospice offering bereavement counselling and I have also volunteered for well- known organisations supporting people to overcome depression, anxiety disorders, bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties and working with anger.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling (BACP) and a member of The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) regulating professional practice for therapists. I uphold their ethical guidelines at all times
